This study explores the impact of Capability-Supportive Culture (CSC) on alliance performance among small industrial sector managers in Syria. Employing a sample of 189 managers, the study uses a quantitative approach, leveraging a survey methodology and regression analysis to assess the relationship. The findings indicate a significant positive relationship between a capability-supportive culture and alliance performance. These insights contribute to the understanding of cultural determinants of alliance performance and have practical implications for managerial practice in the small industrial sector.
